Mary Flanagan comes to St. Joseph The Worker with a background in leadership and management as Executive Director of the Mankato School of Music. She graduated in 2015 from Minnesota State University with a Bachelors in violin performance and a minor in creative writing. She splits her time between running the music school and teaching 40 violin students. She has extensive experience performing and networking with other local musicians and has lead the music at Mass in parishes all over southwestern Minnesota. When not teaching or working in her office Mary loves to garden, cook in her kitchen, work on writing her children’s book or developing her comedy bits so she can someday try some stand up!
